The real estate agent for this large home knew that the seller would need our help decluttering it before staging it. And she knew that this was going to be a big project. The seller had lived there for over twenty years and was downsizing to a condo, so she had a lot that needed to be pared down. Since we specialize in professional organizing and decluttering, we went through everything with her and helped her decide what she wanted to keep, sell, donate, or throw away.
This project took a few weeks, so we became very close to this client and were able to be there for her during this big transition for her. We carefully packed up everything she would be moving to her new home, listed everything worth selling for her, and took loads of things to be donated to local charities or disposed of.
The staging required a more traditional touch to match the layout and overall design of the home. For features like the gorgeous original hardwood floors and beautiful built-in shelving to the newly redone master suite, this home needed complementary traditional décor with modern accents to incorporate the recent updates in the house. Our team showcased the home’s true beauty by meshing these two design styles.
The real estate agent and homeowner were astounded by the results and we were so happy to help this home sell for a great price.
